Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH and t-s-i.de Misch- und Dosiertechnik GmbH combine their expertise
Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH and t-s-i.de Misch- und Dosiertechnik GmbH are entering a strategic cooperation, pooling their competencies into an integrated offering for products, consulting, application technology, and training. Their common goal: a seamless ecosystem for modern bonding technology – from manual application to industrial mixing and dosing technology.
Industrial users today face a growing challenge: bonding processes are becoming more complex, demands for precision and reproducibility are increasing, and deciding whether a manual or machine process is the right solution is rarely straightforward. This is exactly where the new partnership comes in.
In the future, selected product ranges from Innotech will be directly integrated into the t-s-i.de webshop. These include cartridge guns, empty cartridges, nozzles, static mixers, as well as 3D-printed application solutions. Users thus receive a centralized, technically curated access – also for smaller order quantities and with immediate availability.
Knowledge Transfer as the Core of the Cooperation
A special focus is on building joint competence structures. At the Innotech Campus in Mühlhausen near Heidelberg, a t-s-i.de mixing and dosing system will be permanently installed. Combined with the European Competence Center Manual Bonding at the Innotech site in Rettigheim, this creates a unique platform in Germany: manual and machine bonding processes can be experienced live, directly compared, and precisely trained.
Innotech primarily takes on the initial consulting during the transition from manual to machine bonding – a process step that has so far involved considerable effort and uncertainty in many industrial companies. t-s-i.de contributes its equipment expertise. Additionally, the Innotech subsidiary Formenfrei 3D develops individual application solutions, mixer attachments, and special components.
"This cooperation is a strategic milestone for bonding technology. We combine product access, process consulting, and application experience into an offering that provides users with genuine orientation – from the first manual trial to the automated solution."
Luca Süß, Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH
A Clear Signal to the Market
With this cooperation, Innotech and t-s-i.de send a clear message: modern bonding technology requires more than products. It needs a connected system of consulting, testing, training, and implementation. Users benefit from simplified processes, shorter decision paths, and a partner who understands both worlds – manual and machine.
"The future of bonding technology is created where manual and machine processes are not considered separately but as a continuous process chain," adds Kevin Schwartz, Managing Director, t-s-i.de Misch- und Dosiertechnik GmbH
The cooperation is active immediately.
