LORD Cartridge Dispensers

Universal cartridge dispenser for all LORD 50ml SULZER Mixpac twin cartridges. The following products can be used with this dispensing tool:

• Acrylic Resins LORD 406E, LORD 406E, LORD410
• Epoxy Adhesives LORD 305, LORD 310, LORD 320, LORD 307, LORD 310AB HT
• Polyurethanes LORD 7542, LORD 7545, LORD 7555, LORD 7556

This dispenser is also part of the LORD Adhesive Starter Kit, which includes 3 cartridges of adhesive, 6 static mixers MBHX 05-16T, MBH 06-20T or MAH 6.3-21T.

Universal cartridge dispenser for all two component 400ml, 415ml and 490ml SULZER Mixpac side-by-side cartridges. The following products can be used with this dispensing tool:

• Acrylic Resins LORD 7542, LORD 7545, LORD 7555, LORD 506
• Polyurethanes LORD 7542, LORD 7545, LORD 7555, LORD 7556 in 400ml cartridges

Please state your required mixing ratio!

The dispenser comes in the following PRE-SET mixing ratios: 1:1, 4:1 or 10:1. Conversion kits, consumables and static mixers MFHX 08-18T or MFHX 10-24T are available at Innotech.

LORD pneumatic cartridge dispenser CBA50, series 1 for 4:1 or 10:1 50ml cartridges. For all S-type cartridges by SULZER Mixpac or LORD. The following products can be used with this dispenser:

• Acrylic Resins: all LORD 403E, LORD 406E, LORD 410 acrylates in 50ml twin cartridges.

LORD pneumatic cartridge dispenser CBA25 series 1 for 50ml 1:1 cartridges. To be used with industrial type SULZER Mixpac and LORD cartridges. Amongst others the following products can be extruded with this dispenser:

• Two component polyurethanes: LORD 2-K PU like LORD 7542, LORD 7545, LORD 7550, LORD 406E/19GB

Two component cordless dispenser 14.4V for 400ml, 415ml and 490ml twin cartridges. For acrylic resins like LORD 406E/19GB, 403E/17, 403E/19B. 406E/19GB, 663/17, LORD 410/17 and all other large volume cartridges by LORD.

Pneumatic cartridge dispenser for 400ml, 415ml and 490ml SULZER Mixpac twin cartridges. The following products can be extruded with this dispensing tool:

• Acrylic Resins LORD 403E, LORD 406E, LORD 410, LORD 663, LORD 506 in 415ml or 490ml SULZER Mixpac cartridges
• Polyurethanes LORD7542, LORD 7545, LORD 7555, LORD 7556 in 400ml SULZER Mixpac cartridges.

This dispensing tool is PRE-SET for one mixing ratio like 4:1 but conversion kits for other ratios as well as a kit to increase the power are available at Inotech.

LORD dispensing tool VBM MR 200X for all 200ml SULZER Mixpac twin cartridges, like LORD 30 1/2 in 200ml cartridges.

LORD pneumatic cartridge dispenser CBA 50 series 1 for 50ml cartridges (1:1, 2:1 and 3:2). For S-type SULZER Mixpac and LORD cartridges. The following products can be used with this dispenser:

• LORD epoxy adhesives in 50ml twin cartridges (1:1, 2:1 and 3:1)
• LORD 310 A/B, LORD 310 A/B HT, LORD 305-1/2, LORD305-1/307-2, LORD 320/322

LORD CCA 380A MR1 pneumatic dispenser for 400ml coaxial cartridges, like LORD 320/322 inn 400ml cartridges.

Thrust 5.25kN; also available the “B” version with 2.7kN, which is also adequate for extruding LORD 320/322 epoxy.
