Until now, this adhesive for repair applications was only available in tube cartridges – which had to be manually mixed using a stirrer stand and drill. Since last year, this is no longer the case.
Thanks to the almanac on bonding and sealing and the knowledge of an existing 8:1 cartridge system, we were able to develop a solution together with DOW Silicones that not only saves time for customers but also ensures safe mixing and minimal material loss thanks to static mixers.
Innotech developed exclusive cordless guns with Meritool LLC (USA) capable of processing these 8:1 cartridges and, in parallel, collaborated with medmix AG (England) on the pneumatic variant.
