The 2C e-dispenser cartridge press from the German manufacturer Axiss GmbH is equipped with a powerful drive and is ideal for the use of cartridges. It enables precise bonding of 2C adhesives and sealants through a bead application. Spare parts for the cartridge press are available at any time from Innotech. This electric hand gun for dosing from 2C-DUO cartridges is driven by a servo motor with a ball screw. The pistons move parallel to each other, while the mixing ratio is determined by the cartridge geometry. The gun allows for both volume dosing and continuous dosing. A retraction relaxes the material in the cartridge, preventing dripping. Parameters such as dosing quantity and dosing speed can be entered via a potentiometer and pressure button.
