With the opening of the Innotech Campus in 2025 and the subsequent expansion through the European Competence Center Manual Bonding in 2026, Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH has taken a significant step in its corporate development. The goal was to consolidate existing locations, unite competencies, and sustainably strengthen collaboration.
The new Innotech Campus combines a modern logistics center and an innovative training center and, together with the European Competence Center Manual Bonding (ECCMB), forms a central component of the corporate strategy. By merging previously distributed locations, new synergies, more efficient processes, and significantly closer collaboration within the company are created.
"We have not only changed structures but, above all, brought together people, knowledge, and competencies," explains Anja Gaber, Managing Director and Head of HR. "The positive effects are clearly noticeable in everyday work."
Annual Motto Underlines Cultural Change
The developments of recent years are also reflected in the current annual motto: "Better together. Together better."
This motto represents a corporate culture that focuses on exchange, mutual support, and joint development of solutions. Internal collaboration is specifically promoted, whether through cross-departmental projects, open communication formats, or initiatives for active participation.
