This was also the case with Cora Maurenbrecher.
When Cora started her training as an adhesive practitioner at Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH in one of our Fraunhofer IFAM courses, our training manager Buruk Sen immediately noticed something: her exceptional curiosity, her tremendous willingness to learn, and her unwavering determination to develop into a specialist in adhesive technology.
It wasn’t long before we met again at Innotech – this time for training as an adhesive specialist. The next career level for people who want to take responsibility and share their knowledge.
But Cora thought bigger.
Together with our colleague Adrien Schmidt, she then completed the demanding qualification as an EAE adhesive engineer at IFAM in Bremen. Another milestone on her impressive journey.
Today, Cora is an important pillar of the company at ASMPT SMT Solutions
as "Production Manager Engineering" – a company that has exemplary supported her throughout her entire path.
A great example of what is possible when companies invest in people and people are ready to seize opportunities with passion. Bravo!
