Repair and spare parts services for the PowerCure Dispenser are provided exclusively in Germany by Innotech Marketing and Konfektion Rot GmbH. As an authorized after-sales service partner, we handle all repairs, maintenance, and spare parts supply for companies.

The collaboration is based on a Europe-wide service agreement and ensures that users in Germany receive reliable, fast, and professional service—directly from specialized dispenser experts.

We test every repaired device with original adhesive. We also supply all accessories, such as nozzles, dynamic mixers, and 3D-printed nozzles with custom bead geometries.

All work is carried out by trained specialists with many years of experience in the field of cartridge presses and dosing systems.

Three steps to getting your cartridge press repaired

Step 1 – Repair enquiry

Download the repair form, fill it in completely and email it to our service centre (service@innotech-rot.de).

Step 2 – Send in your device

Send your PowerCure Dispenser, together with a copy of the form, to our service centre in Mühlhausen (Germany).

Step 3 – Diagnosis & repair

Once we have received your device, we will carry out a diagnosis and usually repair it within five working days. It will then be returned to you.

Clear pricing structure

  • Diagnostic fee: €89 including postage
  • Repairs costing up to €250 including postage will be carried out without further consultation
  • Repairs costing over €250 will only be carried out following a prior quote and your approval

Warranty & Technical Inspection

Warranty claims are subject to a technical inspection before repairs begin. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in the PowerCure Dispenser and applies to the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover, amongst other things, wear parts, batteries, or damage caused by improper use or tampering by unauthorised parties.

How long does the repair take?

Diagnosis and repair are usually completed within five business days of receipt of the goods.

Will I receive a cost estimate in advance?

For repairs over €250, you will receive a quote in advance.

What happens in warranty cases?

Warranty cases are reviewed before acceptance. Once approved, the repair is carried out free of charge under the warranty conditions.

Are accessories also supplied?

Yes, spare parts and accessories are available through the service department.

Will Innotech also collect my PowerCure dispenser?

No, please send your PowerCure dispenser to us at your own expense.

What happens if the repair costs are very high?

In the event of high repair costs, Innotech offers a replacement PowerCure Dispenser.

Will Innotech also stock new PowerCure Dispensers when they are released?

Yes, when a new PowerCure Dispenser is released, Innotech will also stock it.
