Sulzer Mixpac Round Mixers
These mixers are also called static mixers or two component mixers. Like the quadro and helix mixers the round versions are distinguished and differentiated by their various types of connections of the cartridges systems.
The Sulzer Mixpac product names explained:
- M stands for mixer
- indicates the system: MC means mixer from the C-system or E for automated mixers
- tells the type of mixer: MCH means helix (round) mixers for 1:1 and 2:1 mixing ratios (white) and an added X is for 4:1 and 10:1 mixing ratios (orange)
The next two numbers indicate the diameter of the mixer: MCH 13 has a 13mm diameter (inner)
The 3rd and 4th number show the number of mixing processes/elements: MCH 13-24 has got 24 mixing processes.
The letter in the end defines the tip of the mixer: S = cone shaped, D = straight tip, T = tiered tip, L = Luer Lock tip
