Innotech honoured with TOP 100 Award

Mühlhausen-Rettigheim - Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH from Mühlhausen-Rettigheim has come out on top in the TOP 100 innovation competition and now bears the TOP 100 seal 2025. Only particularly innovative medium-sized companies receive the award. Science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar will personally congratulate Innotech on this success at the award ceremony on 27 June in Mainz. He accompanies the TOP 100 innovation competition as a mentor.

TOP 100 is based on a scientific selection process led by innovation researcher Prof Dr Nikolaus Franke. Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH was initiated and nominated by Jens Spanberger, the mayor of the municipality of Mühlhausen.

On behalf of compamedia, the organiser of the competition, he and his team analysed the innovative strength of the participants on the basis of more than 100 test criteria, which were divided into five categories: Innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organisation, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success.

At its core, the TOP 100 analysis is about whether innovations are the result of structured innovation management in the companies - or whether they arise more by chance (the test criteria can be viewed at www.top100.de/pruefkriterien). ‘Innovation means acting instead of reacting,’ says Franke, ’it means actively shaping the future instead of hoping that nothing will change.’

Innotech Marketing Konfektion und Rot GmbH is the number one expert in the field of manual adhesive application and provides the best possible advice and versatile solutions at the interface between adhesive manufacturers, dealers and users with increasingly individualised products and services tailored to the customer. The portfolio includes the sale of cartridge presses from all well-known manufacturers, including our own repair service, Europe's largest range of adhesive accessories, sampling logistics and advice for adhesive manufacturers, extensive innovative services relating to bonding, 3D printed special nozzles and static mixers, as well as further training in bonding technology for bonding specialists and bonding practitioners in cooperation with the Fraunhofer IFAM. With the publication of the ‘Almanach rund um Kleben und Dichten’, a standard work has also been created not only for manual bonding, but for bonding in general.

‘We are extremely proud to have been honoured with the TOP 100 award. This honour confirms our ongoing commitment to innovation and progress. My special thanks go to Mayor Jens Spanberger, who initiated our nomination. His trust in our company and his support have made a significant contribution to us receiving this outstanding award,’ comments company founder and Managing Director Joachim Rapp.
