Invisibly strong: The Weld Mount fastening system for modern assembly processes. Here we present the individual system components. Discover all the different options available to optimally meet your fastening needs. Fast. Strong. Secure.
Cable tie holder
Ideal for bonding to panels and fastening cables for lighting systems. Tensile loads vary from 22 kg to 113 kg. Wide range of applications; the AT-5 element is approved for underwater applications, for example.
Webbing loop holder
Holds up to a maximum webbing width of 33 mm. The tensile load is over 136 kg. The holder can be painted over. Applications include battery and tank fastenings or the installation of heavy hoses.
Threaded bolts and bushings
Available with M4, M5, M6, M8, and M10 threads. Range of applications: instrument panels, consoles, electrical switchboards, anchor cushion clamps, and much more. Tensile loads vary from 225 kg to 544 kg and shear loads from 295 kg to 680 kg.
Cage nuts
Designed for through holes and blind mounting applications. The rubber holder holds the cage nut in place while it is being secured with acrylic adhesive and protects the thread during installation.
Hose & Cable Clamps
The clamps are mounted with an M6 thread and are made of black polypropylene. Temperature resistant between -30°C and +90°C continuous operation.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: What is the Weld Mount fastening system and what is it used for?
Answer: Weld Mount is an adhesive-based fastening system that enables strong, invisible, and secure assemblies. It is used in modern assembly processes to attach components without mechanical processing. This results in a clean, durable, and load-bearing connection.
Question: What advantages do the cable tie holders of Weld Mount offer?
Answer: The cable tie holders are ideal for panels and cable mounting, even in demanding environments like underwater applications. Depending on the model, they can bear loads between 22 kg and 113 kg. They allow for fast, stable, and secure assembly.
Question: What are the threaded studs and inserts used for in the Weld Mount system?
Answer: Threaded studs and inserts in sizes from M4 to M10 cover a wide range of applications, such as instrument panels, consoles, or switch cabinets. They offer high tensile and shear loads and enable stable attachments without drilling or welding. They are ideal for structurally demanding applications.
Question: What are the features of the Weld Mount strap loop holders?
Answer: The strap loop holders can carry over 136 kg and are suitable for strap widths up to 33 mm. They are paintable and are commonly used for battery or tank mounting as well as heavy hoses. The holders provide a strong and flexible solution for assembly-intensive areas.
Question: What makes the Weld Mount fastening system special compared to mechanical fasteners?
Answer: Weld Mount enables strong attachment without drilling, welding, or other mechanical interventions. It provides high structural strength, long-lasting durability, and easy, scalable assembly. With a wide range of components, it is ideal for industry, trade, and logistics.
