Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH, a specialist and network expert in the adhesives industry, sees sustainability not only as an obligation, but also as an opportunity to promote innovation and ensure long-term success. Through continuous improvements and the integration of sustainability principles into all business activities, the company strives to be a role model for environmentally conscious action in the industry.
Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH won the "Grand Prize for Medium-Sized Businesses" for the Baden-Württemberg region in 2023, among other things, for its social and sustainability commitment and was also awarded the Federal Plaque of Honor. Furthermore, Innotech is certified as a member of THE GROW and has been recognized by EcoVadis for its sustainability work. The company constantly monitors its CO2 footprint and, among other things, plants trees for every flight taken by its employees. Social commitment is also a top priority. Innotech regularly participates in charity events, such as "Rowing Against Cancer," and is continually involved in social projects in the region.
The focus is on a holistic approach, which, in addition to core processes and top products, naturally also includes individual business areas such as marketing and sales. Here, too, we are constantly looking for sustainable solutions and ideas to continually rekindle the attention of customers and interested parties from a sustainability perspective. Using environmentally friendly materials and resource-saving production processes, products and solutions are created that are not only high quality but also protect the environment. And so the idea of promoting regional and sustainable products and offering them to customers quickly arose. In keeping with the theme of “sticking,” the idea of creating something effective for advertising was quickly born, one that doesn’t disappear in the cupboard like other merchandising products, but is ideally present every day. True to the motto “We’ll stick to your breakfast table!” the idea for our own Innotech honey from Rettigheim was quickly born and implemented immediately.
Rettigheim honey is distinguished by its diversity and purity. The bees collect nectar from an abundance of wildflowers, herbs, and fruit trees that characterize the region's rich and diverse landscape. This gives the honey a unique flavor nuance that delights honey lovers and gourmets alike. What makes the honey so special is not only its exquisite taste, but also the tradition and dedication of the beekeeper behind every jar. Stephan Hartenfels has been a beekeeper in the region for approximately six years. His bee colonies work in harmony with nature, and he uses no artificial additives or chemicals to ensure the purity of their product. Every step, from beekeeping to harvesting and processing, is carried out with the utmost care and respect for the environment.
Anja Gaber (Management) and Denise Horn (Sales & Marketing) from Innotech personally witnessed this and visited Stephan Hartenfels and his bee colonies to receive the first jars of Innotech honey from Rettigheim.
"Our honey is more than just a product – it is a symbol of our connection to our homeland and nature," says Stephan Hartenfels. "We are proud to produce honey of such outstanding quality."
