On May 31, 2025, we said goodbye to Michaela Merklinger, who has accompanied Innotech and adhetek for many years with great commitment, heart and reliability.
What began in 2009 with a rather unusual job interview on the couch at home developed into a real success story over the years - with Michaela as a constant in many areas: from the first customer contact to accounting, order processing, purchasing and telephone through to the move to the new logistics center.
Even in turbulent times - whether staff shortages or company relocations - Michaela could always be relied on. She has never shied away from taking on responsibility and simply tackling issues. Whether as a contact person for customers, as a driving force in finance or as part of our service team in Mingolsheim - Michaela has helped to shape, support and contribute.
