A milestone birthday is always a special moment, especially when it represents three decades of innovation, commitment and shared growth. We recently had the opportunity to celebrate this milestone together as a team: Innotech's 30th anniversary.
Employees gathered in our festively decorated Retro Lounge to pause, look back and say thank you for what we have achieved together.

A look back at three decades of company history
Our management team, Joachim Rapp and Anja Gaber, officially kicked off the anniversary celebrations. In their opening speech, they looked back on 30 years of Innotech, which have been characterised by innovative spirit, entrepreneurial courage, solidarity and the continuous commitment of many dedicated people.
One thing became particularly clear: Innotech's success is no coincidence, but the result of shared values, long-term partnerships and a team that has always seen challenges as opportunities.

Exchange, enjoyment and a relaxed atmosphere
Following the opening, our team was treated to a varied buffet. In a relaxed atmosphere, many took the opportunity to engage in personal conversations, exchange shared memories and discuss new perspectives. The afternoon ended on a light-hearted note – in keeping with the spirit of an anniversary that celebrates not only numbers, but also people.
Refreshments were provided: the team enjoyed a buffet in the Retro Lounge.
Quiz on the company's history
Another item on the agenda then took us to our showroom. There, an entertaining quiz with 30 questions about the history of Innotech generated excitement and enthusiasm. From milestones and anecdotes to small details, our team's knowledge was put to the test. In the process, the employees also learned a few bizarre facts.

A look back at the beginnings: stories that remain
The emotional highlight was Joachim Rapp's concluding review of the early days of Innotech. With personal anecdotes: From the first orders in his mother-in-law's basement to the significance of our namesake Michael Schätzle and the first company parties, it was impressive to see how much heart and soul went into founding and developing the company.
Accompanied by numerous historical photos from three decades, a vivid picture emerged of how Innotech has developed from its early beginnings to the company it is today.
