Innotech/FESTO
In collaboration with FESTO, Innotech has developed a dosing system for retrofitting pneumatic cartridge guns as a world first. This allows all COXTM pneumatic cartridge guns to be retrofitted. With the dosing system, the same amount of adhesive is always dispensed. This ensures a consistent quality of the adhesive – especially with casting compounds. Also in the construction sector, with the so-called "chemical anchoring," dosing is important. The performance, of course, depends on the input pressure in the cartridge press. The best results can be achieved if a pressure regulator or a maintenance unit is used before the cartridge press hose to compensate for the pressure fluctuations of the compressor. The side regulator allows for easy, stepless adjustment of the extrusion amount. When turning the knob forward, the extrusion amount increases, and when turning the knob backward, the extrusion amount decreases.
