Innotech Marketing und Konfektion Rot GmbH was founded in 1995 by the current managing director, Joachim Rapp, and offers a wide range of services in the fields of bonding and sealing. The company acts as a specialist in the field of dispensing equipment and adhesive accessories, offering the largest selection of glue guns from various manufacturers across Germany, along with expert advice and official manufacturer repair services.
As another focus, Innotech offers the service of taking over adhesive sample logistics for large companies and provides training on adhesives, teaching how to apply them correctly and efficiently under controlled conditions.
Since April 2017, there has been a cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute IFAM Bremen, and Innotech has been training DVS/EWF adhesive practitioners and adhesive specialists according to IFAM standards at the Rettigheim location on behalf of IFAM since the end of 2017.

Innotech is a member of the Adhesives Industry Association and has been a partner company of the International Vocational Academy Heidelberg since 2015.
